It is important to dress properly and make sure clothes fit right close to the body without being too loose.

The Color Of The Clothes

Color of the clothes play another important factor in hiding body fats. Generally, darker color clothes perform better in hiding your body fats and this does not necessarily means wearing all black. Colors like deep blue, olive or dark brown perform just as well.

Fabric Pattern of Clothes

Like color, fabric pattern also gives the illustration on whether a person look fat or slim. Typically, wearing vertical stripes pattern makes you look slimmer while horizontal stripes makes you appear fatter.

So now you get the idea on what is the quickest way to lose weight. Choose your clothing wisely and you will be looking slimmer in no time. This is the best solution for quick weight loss if you do not have enough time to lose weight.
