No one is bruise proof. Well I guess if you covered your self in bubble wrap you could be, but that’s a little extreme now isn’t it? We all know that a bruise can be a huge pain in the backside, and sometimes it feels like they take forever to go away.

So, how to heal a bruise sooner? Well we are going to look at a few ways that can help you recover your bruise a little faster. These suggestions are really easy, and do not require any kind of medications at all.

How To Heal A Bruise

Use Ice
This is the common sense answer that most people will probably know about. Ice will not stop the bruise, but it will ease the pain, and if you ice your injury right away it will help reduce the size that the bruise is going to be. Don’t just run to the freezer and grab ice. Use Heat

Do Not Pick At It
If your bruise is just a bruise, and the skin is not broken then do not pick or prod at it this will only just make it worse.

Another great way of dealing with bruise is to gently rub your bruise area a few times a day. You should only start doing this the day after you have had your injury.
