It helps reduce the negative feelings, nervousness and also mental strains. In addition, your brain also releases serotonin during exercise, a type of hormone that helps the body nerves to communicate with one another.

Serotonin hormone generally gives a feeling of relaxation. This is one reason why after doing an exercise you would simply feel great, relaxed and in good mood. So the next time you are feeling anxious, go jogging around your neighborhood area, or play your favorite sports such as tennis, baseball or even swimming. It really makes a difference.

Leading a physically active life without a good healthy balanced diet isn’t complete. And therefore, including a well-balanced diet into your daily routine is best. Eat nutritious foods everyday and drink plenty of water. Eliminate or at least reduce your intake of beverages which contain caffeine such as coffee and tea and also cut down on your alcohol intake and stop smoking.
