How You Can Run Faster With Chi Running

If you think carefully enough, you may notice that there is in fact a link between your breath, your heartbeat and your movement. After all, your heart beats faster when you breath faster. It all drill down to how much oxygen your body is getting from your breath.

In order not to get physically hurt by running faster, you need to employ a technique known as “Chi Running”, that is to breath through your nose while you run. Chi running has been getting more and more popular these days and the rate of getting physically hurt through the practise of Chi running is almost as good as nil. The likelihood of an injury is greatly reduced.

How Chi Running Works?

As already mentioned that how fast your heart beats and your movement speed are all dependant on how much oxygen your body is getting from your breath. As breathing through your nose creates a limit on the amount of oxygen you can get compared to breathing through your mouth, breathing through your nose is actually the physical limit of the speed you are capable to run without causing any injury.

Injury while running does not necessarily mean that you hurt yourself by falling down, muscle tear, or anything like that. Injury could mean that you are getting tired or sloppy because your are running way faster than what your body is capable of handling. It has also been estimated that people who run regularly without practising chi running are actually ending up with some form of injuries for up to 60 percent of the time. And yes, that is a staggering figure. Needless to say, running by breathing through your nose or simply “chi running” can be your best bet for not hurting yourself.

As now you already know that how you breath could affect the things that can contribute to your chance of getting an injury, you will now understand how nasal saline solution can be applied in this context. Nasal saline solution can be your nose opener as it clears your nose of unwanted junks. It is these unwanted junks that cause a lot of people to have allergies and lots of other people react in a way that these junks are causing them to breath much more difficultly through the nose.

It is also a reason why people resort to use their mouth to breath. Therefore, with the regular use of a good nasal saline solution, breathing through your nose will become very easy. With a nasal saline solution, you will finally be able to run faster with chi running, in fact at your optimum speed without risking injuring yourself.
